Running workshop for teams
Training six to seven times a week taught me how much good technique and a proper warm-up matter. In this workshop I pass that on: hands-on, outdoors or on the track and with the whole group, from beginners to seasoned runners.
Available asWorkshopTeam eventHealth day

Who it is for
Team events, health days, apprentice and early-career events, and preparing for a corporate run. For all levels.
Structure
- Warm-upAs in elite sport: short, targeted and doable for everyone.
- Drills & techniqueSimple drills for a lighter, more efficient running style.
- Your runA run at your own pace, ending with a short transfer to everyday life.
What your audience takes away
- Drills everyone can use on their own straight away.
- A shared experience for the team, away from the office.
- A plan for the coming weeks, for example up to a corporate run.
