Starting over after the end
After nine years of gymnastics, my knee ended it. I didn't start from zero: I kept what still worked and went on to reach the European U18 Championships in athletics. Teams in a transformation face the same question: what stays, what do we retrain, and how do we pick up speed again?

What your audience takes away
