Luca Moser · Keynote speaker from elite sport
Start over without starting from zero.
Keynotes, talks and workshops for leadership conferences, HR events and young people. From gymnastics to the U18 Europeans, from elite sport to management – at 21, usually the youngest in the room.

About me
Two fresh starts.
Nine years of artistic gymnastics, then my knee decided: that's it. I didn't stop, I switched. In athletics I ended up training six to seven times a week and ran the 400 m at the European U18 Championships in 2022.
Today I'm 21, live near Zurich and work as a Management Associate at a large insurer, in teams where most others are over 50. That's what I talk about, to leaders and to young people: what you take with you when something ends.

Why Luca Moser
Not a hero story. A transfer.
- 01
Lived, not read
Two fresh starts: from gymnastics to athletics and the U18 Europeans, from elite sport to management. I talk about what I have lived through, not what the textbook says about change.
- 02
The Gen Z view
At 21, in teams where most others are over 50, and presenting to the executive board. Leaders and HR rarely hear so directly how the younger generation experiences teamwork and leadership.
- 03
Something for tomorrow
Every session ends with questions and routines your audience can use the next day – whether senior managers at a leadership conference or apprentices in a classroom.

How we work together
- 01
Getting to know each other
A short call of about 20 minutes, no obligation: the occasion, the audience, what should stick.
- 02
Tailoring
I adapt the topic to your audience. You see the draft beforehand in a personal, private room on this website.
- 03
On the day
I arrive in good time. If you like, we do a short debrief together afterwards.
